Special Region of Yogyakarta

Hi guys! I’m happy to meet you again. Do you love Yogyakarta? I’m sure you love this city. Me too, I love Yogyakarta very much. Because since I was born until now I’m still living here with my family. Ok, this time I want to tell you about our lovely city, Yogyakarta. Yogyakarta is also well known as ‘Special Region of Yogyakarta’.

In this city, we are living and studying here. Yogyakarta also known as ‘Kota Pendidikan’ because of its quality of education. However, I want to tell you about ‘Special Region of Yogyakarta’ itself. Yogyakarta has an unique government organizational; Sri Sultan Hamengkubuwana X as the governor and Adi Pati Pakualam IX as the deputy governor. They both are kings in Kraton Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat and Adi Pati Puro Pakualaman. It was a tradition that heritable from Sri Sultan Hamengkubuwana IX (Sri Sultan Hamengkubuwana’s father) and Adi Pati Pakualam VIII (Adi Pati Pakualam IX’s father).

They both have been declared as governor and deputy governor of 'Special Region of Yogyakarta' on Wednesday, October 10, 2012 by the sixth President of the Republic of Indonesia, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono without election live. It doesn’t look like another province in Indonesia that always have election live to choose their governor and deputy governor. Sri Sultan Hamengkubuwana X’s position as a governor is really strategic because it based on declaration of ‘Special Region of Yogyakarta’ to always merging into NKRI. So, Sri Sultan Hamengkubuwana X’s position as a king has significant difference in Indonesia’s politics. He can also gives influence to Indonesia’s politics because he can unite multiculturalism in Indonesia.

In the Modern Era, people in Yogyakarta are still admiring Sri Sultan Hamengkubuwana X’s charisma. We often call him as ‘Ngarso Dalem’. With his wisdom, he can gives all of Yogyakarta’s citizenry prosperity. For example, he gives Yogyakarta’s citizenry freedom to do their own choice in life. It is proven that in Yogyakarta we can feel the hospitality although you never stay for a long time in here. We are not just can feel the hospitality, but we can also live harmony with other people and giving them our sweet smile. That’s why foreigner, people from another region, and Yogyakarta’s citizenry themselves very love Yogyakarta.

In conclusion, we should be proud of ourselves. We are united in Yogyakarta, living here in togetherness, and serving our best kindness to other people. All of it can we summarize into a word: “Special”. Yes, we are special! Because we are living in ‘Special Region of Yogyakarta’. So, we should be able to keep our ‘Special’ just like when we are keeping the ‘Special’ of Yogyakarta. By the way, thank you for reading my passage! I hope my passage will inspire you or maybe it will gives you further knowledge about Yogyakarta. (AureliaReza)

Catatan Untuk Suamiku, Kalau Ada

Sebuah disclaimer . Suamiku, aku yakin kamu sekar...

Avril Lavigne - Wish You Were Here [Verse 1:] I can be tough I can be strong But with you It's not like that at all There's a girl That gives a shit Behind this wall You just walked through it [Pre-Chorus:] And I remember all those crazy things you said You left them running through my head You're always there, you're everywhere But right now I wish you were here. All those crazy things we did Didn't think about it, just went with it You're always there, you're everywhere But right now I wish you were here [Chorus:] Damn, Damn, Damn, What I'd do to have you Here, here, here I wish you were here. Damn, Damn, Damn What I'd do to have you Near, near, near I wish you were here. [Verse 2:] I love The way you are It's who I am Don't have to try hard We always say Say it like it is And the truth Is that I really mi-I-iss [Pre-Chorus:] All those crazy things you said (things you said) You left them running through my head (through my head) You...

I Miss You, Mbah Kakung...

When I was child, my grandfather used to 'mangku' his grandchild, especially me ^^) Last night, I dreamed about my grandfather. He came into my dream and asked me, "Nduk Auk (my Javanese's nick name) are you in a relationship with an army?". Then I said, "Yes, Mbah (grandfather in Javanese language), I have a relationship with an army.'' and then he answered,"I know it, but you have to be patient to face everything. Don't think if something that you will decide is a good thing! Nduk, I just want you to be brave to face everything, because this is life that you have to feel! Remember, he is an army. He has to serve the motherland, not just thinking about you here. I know if it's not an easy thing to take, but I believe someday you'll stand beside him and see how proudly you're.. Just be patient" I was so happy because I met him through my dream. I was also happy because he gave me some advice that made me felt like I...
